Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, while orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, which may take one business day to update. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, though high volumes may cause slight delays. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard processing and shipping times, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method.
For domestic orders with free shipping, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS, though exact times may vary. International orders shipped with First Class Shipping usually arrive in 2-4 weeks, and Priority Shipping takes about 1-2 weeks, depending on customs. Please note, we are not responsible for any international customs fees.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for store credit. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Returns with signs of wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not offer prepaid labels.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@tictocla.com within 10 business days of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your return is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back, and we recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number. Tic Toc LA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email, and if approved, an eGift Card will be issued within a few days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags attached
- Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of wear
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy, and such items may be sent back at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
Return Process Time
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. We’re working to improve processing times and appreciate your patience.
International Returns
For international returns, you must provide your own shipping. The same return conditions apply: items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer return labels for international shipments.
